• Ok guy,

Over the weekend i made cheesecake( yum i know). Any how I manage to ruin a hand mixer in the process. Oh well, my first time to make cheesecake, my first time to burn something.

Heres the recipe and how to do it…. Sorta.

    Ingredients needed

    20120320-094925.jpg

As you can see, the list contains

1 pie crust. I use the 10 inch one, the bigger the better. You know it.

3 eggs. Large, medium eggs are preferred. Small eggs you will need 4.

Vanilla extract. About 2 teaspoons to 2 and half teaspoons.

Sugar. 2 cups. You can go as high as 2 and half cup sugar if you have a sweettooth.

    And the secret ingredient is…

    20120320-095325.jpg

Thats right. A shot of pina colada. Trust me on this. People likes this stuff. ( really, they do)

    Anyhow, heres the instruction.

First, use your hands, our hand mixer, or elextrical mixer…And break one of them just like I do.( jk, dont destroy your tools. I was a bit too rough).

Anyways, back to the mixing. Breakdown the cream cheese by using knife first, and squeze the cream cheese using your hands. When it is nice and brokendown, lets start beating it until its fluffy and light.

After that, add your sugar, 2 cups. Add little at a time so everything is incorporated.

Do the same with the eggs. Add one at a time and mix it until you see no more eggs. Do it three times ( or four, depends on your eggs).

Last but not least, add the vanilla extract, two teaspoons, and a shot of pina colada. You can add anything you like. The pina colada gives it a bit playful taste with fresh and tropical feel. Love it!

Heres the picture of the mix at the end, when it is carefully taken out and deposit inside the graham cracker pie crust.

    20120320-113833.jpg

Then, into the oven we go. Preheat te oven to 350. Say bye bye to your cheesecake for 40 minutes.

    20120320-114002.jpg

Remember, clean up after yourself. In 40 minutes i was able to wash my dishes, discard my thrash, and even get ready to serve my big appetite. Dont be lazy. Cooking is fun, and cleaning is a part of it.

    ….40 minutes later….

    Voila! The cheesecake is ready.

    20120320-114236.jpg

Be extremely careful because you can crack it if you handle it to hard. The cheesecake is very soft and dedicate, so handle with care please.

Sorry gals and guys, you cant eat it right away, it needs to be chilled for att least 8 hours. Overnight works the bes. Man, this tests your patience isnt it? Dont worry, good things come when you wait.

    8 hours later…..

There you go, have a piece will you. Let me know how you did with this cheeseckae
