Amazon product features states that:
- Reusable up to 1000 baking
- Heat resistant up to 500 degrees
- Safe to use in the dishwasher
- Wipe to clean
- Can be cut to fit any pan
And its cheap too. Compare to a roll of parchment paper can last you up to 40-50 batches. It costs $7.00 per roll in compare with $11.00 for the reusable one.
uhm.. seems like a no-brainer not to check it out. So I did. Below is my thoughts about it.
Its well worth it!!!! That’s right. Well worth it guys.
The 1st time of using this paper always the most time-consuming. You have to have a food scissors in your possession when you receive the product. Why? Because it will probably come in a larger size than your baking sheet. So you have to cut it so the parchment paper won’t hang over the baking sheet ( remember what I said about leaving parchment paper hanging? It’s fire hazard!)
After you have matched the parchment paper with the cooking sheet, you are good to bake.
… And it works miracle. This reusable parchment paper does the job so well, no grease, no sticking. It’s just perfect.
The paper is washable as well, here is how it looks like after the initial use

As you can see, just a little bit of grease that smeared into the sheet. Nonetheless, the sheet is baking just fine.
If you bake more than 40-50 times in your lifetime, you should replace the regular parchment paper with the reusable one.
This is the lone occasion that I think it’s safe to say: The more you bake, the more you save.
