Cream puff filling
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and eggs in a small sauce pan. Gradually pour milk into the mixture, but keep stirring.

Cook it in medium heat, keep stiring, work your muscles until it thickens up and boils.

Remove from heat, pour in butter and vanilla, and of course, stir them in there.
