Well,

New post after a while guys, I do apologize. We have been busy trying to set up the kitchen appointment and everything. Preparing to make hordes of pies is a lot of work. But we all love it.

This is our 1st time going to the kitchen. It is a nice little kitchen located at West LA, not far from the junction of the 10 and the 405. We rented it for 5 hours and have our way with the place.

Well, none of us knows what we are doing. We just figure out everything along the way. Let me tell you cleaning is always the pains in the rear.

In addition, I have this 2 beautiful single women, Natalie and Thu, are willing to help me out to make these pies. (Guys, please dont ask me for their phone numbers. Ladies, please dont be jealous) It is the 1st time for them but oh boy, they did one hell of a good job. They make me proud.
